How we work with you: scope, payment, ownership, timelines and responsibilities. Short and in plain English.

Last updated 22 August 2026

1. Scope and quote

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price, sent after the free audit. The scope lists what is included, what is not, the milestones and the timeline. Nothing outside the written scope is assumed.

  • Changes or additions are quoted separately as a change request before we build them.
  • A quote is valid for 15 days.
  • Starting prices on the site are indicative; the written quote is the binding number.

2. Advance and payment schedule

Work begins only after the advance is received. This protects both sides: your slot is booked and our team is committed.

  • Builds under ₹1,00,000: 50% advance to start, 50% before handover.
  • Builds of ₹1,00,000 and above: 30% advance, 40% when the staging demo is approved, 30% before handover.
  • AI Automation: setup fee plus the first month in advance; thereafter monthly in advance.
  • Care plans: monthly in advance, or yearly (10 months' price for 12 months).
  • Payment by UPI, bank transfer or payment link. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
  • If a payment is more than 7 days late, work pauses and the timeline moves by the same number of days. We do not charge interest; we simply stop until it is settled.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide content, logo, product data, access to existing tools and accounts, and approvals when asked. Delays on your side extend the timeline by the same time.
  • Approve or comment on each weekly demo within 3 working days; silence after 7 days counts as approval so the project keeps moving.
  • Keep your own hosting, domain, payment-gateway, WhatsApp and app-store accounts active and paid. These are in your name and billed to you directly — we never mark them up.
  • Make sure you have the right to use any content, images or data you give us.

4. Timeline and delivery

Typical timelines: AI Automation on existing tools — days; Website — 3–5 weeks; App or ERP — 4–8 weeks. You see a staging link every Friday. Dates are estimates that depend on timely content, access and approvals from your side; we tell you early if a date is at risk.

5. Ownership and code

  • On final payment, the custom code, database and hosting accounts for your project are transferred to you. You own them outright and can hire anyone to maintain them.
  • Generic, reusable components, libraries and know-how that are not specific to your business remain SUCSO's, and open-source parts stay under their own licences.
  • Until the final payment is made, the work remains SUCSO's property and may be switched off.
  • Unless we sign an NDA, we may show the finished work in our portfolio without revealing private data.

6. Warranty and support

  • Bugs in what we built are fixed free for 60 days after launch.
  • After 60 days, support is through an optional Care plan or per-job billing (₹2,500 per hour, 2-hour minimum, quoted first).
  • Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateway, courier API, WhatsApp, hosting outage) or by changes made by someone else are handled as billable work.
  • We do not guarantee sales, rankings, ad results or revenue — we guarantee the work described in the scope.

7. Third-party services and costs

Hosting, domain, SMS/WhatsApp credits, payment-gateway charges, app-store developer fees, AI/API usage and similar costs are yours, paid directly to the provider. We recommend providers but you choose and hold the accounts.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business data, numbers and plans confidential and use them only for the project. An NDA is available on request. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data on services you control, or downtime of third-party providers.

10. Ending a project

Either side can end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is billed against the milestones; anything already paid for and delivered is yours. See the refund and cancellation policy for how the advance is treated.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. We will always try to settle things by talking first.
