Every plan is optional and every plan can be cancelled. None of them are needed for your system to keep running.

HONEST FINE PRINT

What a Care plan does not cover.

The part most agencies leave for you to discover in month four.

  • New modules & big featuresAlways quoted separately. Plan holders get a discount — but a plan will never quietly swallow a ₹40,000 module and call it "support".
  • Infrastructure billsHosting, domain, SMS/OTP credits and payment-gateway charges stay in your own name. You pay them directly. We never mark them up and never resell them to you.
  • Third-party outagesIf a payment gateway or courier API goes down, we help you handle it — but we cannot fix someone else's servers, and we will not pretend we can.
  • Code changed by someone elseIf another developer edits the system and something breaks, we will fix it — as billable work, not as warranty.
  • Unused hoursThey roll over for one month, then they expire. You are paying for availability, not banking time for a year.
  • A rebuild in disguiseIf what you actually need is a new system, we will say so instead of billing you a support plan for two years to get there.

Cancelling: any month, no notice period, no exit fee. On a yearly plan we refund the unused months at the monthly rate. Nothing stops working when you leave — the code, the database and the hosting were always in your name.

Is a Care plan compulsory?

No. It is not required to launch, not required to keep the system running, and not required to keep your code. Most of our clients start with no plan at all and add one later — usually once the system is running the whole business and a day of downtime actually costs money.

What happens the day I cancel?

Nothing. The system keeps running, the code stays yours, the database and hosting stay in your name. You lose access to our time — the monitoring, the monthly hours and the priority replies — and that is all you lose. There is no kill switch on our side, because there is nothing of ours in there to switch off.

So how is this different from Shopify's monthly fee?

A platform charges rent for the software itself — stop paying and the store goes dark, because you were only ever renting access. A Care plan buys our people's time. Stop paying and the software carries on exactly as it is. One is a lock. The other is a service you can walk away from.

Can I start a plan months after launch?

Yes. We review the current state of the system first — especially if someone else has been in the code — and quote from there. If it is clean, you start on the standard price.

I want a new module while I am on a plan. What does it cost?

It is quoted separately, like any build — with your plan discount applied (10% on Growth, 20% on Partner). Your monthly hours are for changes, fixes and small improvements, not for hiding a full module build inside a retainer.

Can I move to a different developer later?

Yes, any time, with no permission needed from us. You have the full source, the docs and a standard stack. That is the point of owning it. We would rather keep you because we are good than because you are stuck.

Do you maintain systems you did not build?

Sometimes. We audit it first and tell you straight: whether it is worth maintaining, or whether you are paying to keep something alive that should be rebuilt. We will not take a monthly fee for a system we do not believe in.

How do I pay?

Monthly or yearly, by bank transfer or UPI, against a proper GST invoice. Yearly is ten months' price for twelve months of cover. No auto-debit, no card on file, no silent renewals.
