What we collect

• Contact form: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), business name, what you need, budget and timeline, and the options you ticked.
• Basic analytics: pages visited, device type and approximate location (Google Analytics 4, IP anonymised). No advertising cookies.
• If you email or WhatsApp us: the message and your contact details.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your audit and quote, and improve the site. We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and forwarded to our WhatsApp and CRM so the team can reply. Access is limited to the SUCSO team.

How long

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and serve you. Client project data is governed by the project terms and NDA.

Your rights

Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your data — use the email icon in the header. We act within 7 working days.

Client systems we build

Websites, apps and ERPs we build for clients run in the client's own accounts; the client is the data controller of their customers' data. We access it only to build, fix and support, under the project terms.
