No — never. Your system runs on its own and the code is yours. Three honest options: take an optional Care plan if you want us on call for updates, fixes and monthly changes; send us a job when something comes up and pay for it once; or hand the code to any developer you like. Whatever you choose, bug fixes in what we built are free for the first 60 days after launch, and cancelling a plan breaks nothing.
Only infrastructure, and it stays in your own name — hosting, domain, SMS/OTP credits and payment-gateway charges. We never mark them up and we never bill you for them. For most businesses that is a few thousand rupees a month, the same as an electricity bill.
Yes. You pay once to build your system — it's yours for life, code and all. The only ongoing costs are small infrastructure bills in your own name (hosting, SMS/OTP, payment gateway) — like an electricity bill that every business pays anywhere.
